Hi, I’m Nikki.
If you’re here, chances are you’ve been told — or you’ve told yourself — that your worth is tied to your body, your size, or a number on a scale. I know that story well, because I’ve lived it.
Moore Than a Body was created as a space for the in-between moments — the quiet becoming, the rooted healing, and the rising that happens long before anyone else can see it.
I’ve walked through my own journey of transformation, including gastric sleeve surgery, and while the physical changes were obvious, the mental and emotional shifts were the ones that truly changed my life. This blog isn’t about chasing a smaller body. It’s about learning to see yourself as whole, capable, and worthy — exactly as you are, even as you grow.
Here, I share honest reflections on identity beyond weight, wellness without obsession, confidence that isn’t performative, and the process of becoming someone you feel grounded in. Some posts will be raw. Some will be empowering. All of them are real.
I believe you can be deeply rooted in who you are while still rising into who you’re meant to become. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to be “finished.” You just have to be willing to show up — one honest step at a time.
I’m glad you’re here.
